Due to supply and demand we do sometimes run
out of inventory of certain items. We will contact
you if this occurs.

All Canadian Orders are subject to GST (7%).
All Ontario Orders are subject to PST (8%).
USA and International Orders are not subject
to tax.

Our free shipping policy is for ALL of Canada
if total amount is more than $150.00 before
taxes and MOST NORTHERN U.S. STATES (MAINE,
NEW HAMPSHIRE, VERMONT, MASSACHUSETTS, CONNECTICUT,
NEW YORK, NEW JERSEY, MARYLAND, DELAWARE, WEST
VIRGINIA, OHIO, MICHIGAN, INDIANA, KENTUCKY,
WISCONSIN, ILLINOIS, MISSOURI, MINNESOTA or
IOWA) if total amount is more than $200.00.
*If
a Canadian order is under $150.00 before taxes,
a $15.00 shipping/handling fee will apply.
With U.S. orders, if the total is less than
$200.00 ($CN) or the order is being shipped
to a southern state other than the states listed
above, a $15.00 shipping/handling fee will
apply.
*For
orders outside the U.S. or Canada, additional
shipping will need to be calculated. We will
contact you to confirm this fee after you have
submitted your order. Please contact
us for more information.
***With
rods, tackle boxes, nets or cradles there
is also an additional fee of $20.00 per rod/tackle
box, regardless of where they are shipped.

We ship all of our products via Express Post
which will take about 2 to 5 days in Canada
and the USA. All shipments are fully insured
and carefully packed by us.
5.
Your payment must be paid in CANADIAN FUNDS.
We accept MASTERCARD and VISA as well as CERTIFIED
CHEQUES or CANADIAN MONEY ORDERS. ***Please
make payment to PRO TACKLE.
6.
There will be no returns without our consent.
Any items that you wish to return for exchange
or refund must be done within 14 days of purchase
date. Do not return rods, reels or any other
equipment to us for repair. All items are guaranteed
for defects by the manufacturer and should be
returned to them directly or to their service
depot. You must have the original receipt.
